Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of booking.

Event details (date, time, and location) must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings must be cancelled at least 36 hours before the scheduled event for a full refund.

Cancellations within 36 hours of the event may not be refunded.

Liability

Birchwood Pizza is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event.

Customers must ensure safe access and a suitable area for the trailer to operate.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers must notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.

While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
